We offer two ways to enjoy your BBQ:

  • Professional Drop-Off: We deliver your BBQ hot and ready to serve in high-quality disposable trays with all the necessary fixings.
  • Full-Service Setup: Let us handle the buffet setup so you can enjoy your guests. We provide warming racks, sternos, and serving utensils.
What is included in a BBQ delivery?

Standard BBQ delivery includes your selected meats and sides in high-quality catering trays, ready to serve. We also include heavy-duty plates, napkins, cutlery, and serving utensils. If you need warming racks and sternos to keep the food hot for several hours, just let us know!

Do you offer on-site grilling?

Most of our BBQ specialties, like our St. Louis Ribs and Beef Brisket, are slow-smoked for hours at our deli to reach peak tenderness. While we typically deliver these "ready-to-eat," we can provide professional staff for full-service buffet setup and carving for larger events.

How much space do I need for setup?

For a standard BBQ buffet, we recommend at least two 6-foot tables for the food spread and a separate small area for beverages and paper goods.

Can I mix and match different BBQ packages?

Absolutely! We are famous for our "Unlimited" mindset. If you want the Ribs from the Pitmaster's Pride but the Burgers from the Backyard Classics, we can create a custom package that fits your specific cravings and budget.

How do you handle dietary restrictions at a BBQ?

BBQs don't have to be just for meat-eaters! We offer delicious vegetarian options, including our signature Chopped Salads (with over 30 topping options), Grilled Veggie Skewers, and Corn on the Cob. Many of our smoked meats and sides are also naturally gluten-free.

How much food should I order per person?

We are known for our generous "Harbor-sized" portions. Generally, we recommend a mix of 2-3 meats and 3 sides for a full meal. Our catering specialists are experts at calculating quantities so you never run out, but also don't end up with too much leftover.

How far in advance should I book my BBQ?

Summer weekends and holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) fill up months in advance. For standard weekend parties, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks out. However, for smaller weekday gatherings, we can often accommodate orders with 48–72 hours' notice.

What happens if it rains?

The BBQ must go on! Since our meats are slow-smoked in our professional kitchens, the weather doesn't stop us from cooking. If your outdoor event is rained out, we can easily pivot to an indoor setup at your location or package everything for easy pickup.

Is a deposit required?

For large BBQ events, we typically require a deposit to secure your date on our calendar. Final headcount and balance are usually due 3–5 days before the event.
